So I guess that leaves Shadowsknight, TerryLamar, and Myself as the veteran TMC drivers on this thread. I have Terry beat by a few weeks in seniority, but if I remember correctly Shadowsknight has more.
Easy dude , how many yrs do you hav to have at TMC to be a veteran?? You know I thought my personal items seemed to be slightly more disorganized after the inspection than before. Thank you for confirming my suspicions.

tell me more about the "truck appearance" deal... they expect you to line your personal effects up with a ruler? is it like this at all terminals?
when I drive I keep my truck immaculate, perhaps this policy is needed because I have seen drivers with trash piled up to the seats. hoping they wait till my resume gets there before making a decision...

Well Waco you have me beat with my just over one year. I agree about Joplin. I saw nothing from Sheepdancer yesterday, but I might have missed it too.
Carter: The truck appearance deal has always been in the past mostly that your floor was clean, no trash, nothing on the dash, etc. They have cracked down and are making examples out of a few people right now. By the way they also are filling out the truck appearance form every time you visit the wash bay in Des Moines now, so beware. There is a whole one page form in triplicate with different checkboxes for things they find wrong. I got a call out of the blue today. I will be starting with TMC's Home Depot Dedicated account at Norwood MA on Tuesday. That should get me home at least every weekend, and every night during the busy season. I am excited!
