As far as the legal bad news :sad: it was denied because it was one day late! So when I go to Gonzaga on Tuesday I will be reading up on sending it to the Supreme Court for review. I will also look into the 9th circuit. It just not seem possible that an attorney can plea whatever he wants without his clients approval or knowledge. Shortly after I posted yesterday my husband received his new load. He will pick up today in Iowa and he will have two drops one in Missouri and one in Dallas Texas! :P I am glad he is not coming this way yet. I have allot of work this weekend to do.
It will be wonderful to have a floor and counters that look clean when you actually clean them!  I have never seen a floor as bad as ours and I tried to do everything I could to fix it and make it better.....I finally gave up on it years ago.Goin Fer It's Wife
