Just wanted to drop in and say hello GFIW ! Haven't been around the boards lately, sold my house and my rentals here in Southern California. Getting ready to move up to my retirement place in Nevada (Incline Village). Have to be out of here in 45 days, so trying to get it together. Never knew how much stuff you accumulate in 35 years ! Yard sales only do so much.....Got my artificial "gold watch" from Brown and will bail 7/12/07. Drivers below me salivating to get my bid, but my time in the drivers seat is up and I can't say I will miss it. 29 years, no tickets, no accidents, not too bad, time to move on. Hope all is well with you and yours, Davis still seems to be a good place. Get those home improvements done ! Will post more after I get moved.

My husband came home today around 5:00 pm. He will leave tomorrow afternoon to do his drop in Seattle on Monday and then Eugene Oregon.
This afternoon when he was in Missoula Davis was having a company picnic. He said they had ribs, and brautworst and some other really good food. I am glad he will be home in the morning on Father's Day. The kids are planning on making him breakfast in bed! I think the seven year old gave it away when she told dad to sleep in for a long time tomorrow morning!Back to work for me! Goin Fer It's Wife

Goin Fer It's Wife I phoned SAGE School Director in CDA on Thursday after emailing the school last week. We talked for a few minutes about my options returning to the road. He thought that I may be able to take the 2 week refresher course there and qualify with companies that I am interested in. He did recommend that I contact the companies and get written confirmation from their safety department not just a verbal promise from a recruiter. I have filled out the standard application here that is blasted to all these companies. I am going to follow up with Davis, so would you please PM me your husband's company ID/truck number where he will get credit for recruiting me if that is my final decision.
