Well this evening my husband is in Rapid City, North Dakota. My husband is planning on being in Missoula tomorrow evening. He is very excited about his new truck as I am also.

When my husband pulled in the truck stop at Rapid City he noticed another Davis Transport truck there. It was a Condo!!

This evening at the truck stop he was put on a list to take his shower as the showers were full. When they called his name low and behold a person came up to him and asked if he was .....first and last name.... he said yes.

He met up with Devildice and today ended up being Devildices first day out :P I find it ironic that I was bummed out that they were going to miss each other in Missoula tomorrow and they end up meeting today! Fate sometimes can be a strange thing!

Anyway I am certain sometime down the road they will meet up again and when Devildice is no longer in training they will have time to sit down and eat together or something!

It was a pleasure meeting him and I am sorry I was so tuckered out that I could chat longer. Got to work on my stamina I look forward to a day when him and I can sit down and shoot the Sh$t.

Now now you were not so tuckered out that you did not mention the cookies to him As he said your stamina will come. Everything will become second nature after a while.

He enjoyed meeting you and is looking forward to hooking up with you again sometime in the future.

My husband and daughter left around five this morning going to Wenatchee.

They dropped there load and are now singing the waiting in Wenatchee blues. Just hope this time it is way different than last time they were there.

My husband is number 2 on the list in Southern Washington and number 5 on the list to get out for the West.

He has a beautiful new truck! I will post some pictures in my next post.

When my husband was in Missoula he saw his old trainer who is now going to be going with the Davis Lease program so he was trading in his truck.

Yesterday we went to the water park compliments of my son who works there. We all had a good time.

After leaving the water park and having dinner I dropped my husband and daughter off at the truck. They had some rearranging to do. She is looking forward to this trip. She was up at 4:00 a.m. with dad this morning.

Very nice looking family you got there GFI, does Davis hire out of NC, if so what kind of hometime can you expect and what type of runs do they offer

Thank you very much! I sure love them they are MY JOB!

I am sure that Davis hires out of NC as my husband has been to North Carolina more than once. Hometime they say out 4-6 weeks but allot of time if you run by home you can get a day or two off. This last weekend my husband was on a load when he was home. It happens that way allot with us.
Davis is very good and lax about hometime. I have read were some people are on a strict schedule and they come in one night and have to leave exactly within the days they are suppose to....Davis is not like that. They have asked my husband more than once when he is in the area if he wanted to come home for a day or two and that is even when he is out only a couple weeks.

All right !!! What a great week ! I retire, move AND FINALLY get to see GFI AND GFIW'S Family. Double bonus... Great looking family there GFIW ! Glad to see Davis is still doing the right thing for you all. See ? things DO work out (eventually).
