Well day 3 is done.No stimulator time today.Today was logbooks and what it looks like when you fall asleep or take your eyes off the road.A couple videos and some pictures of wrecks.Also lost 3 guys today due to pee tests that came back today.So far I only wish I could get some extra stimulator time to work on the 13.

Today was last classroom day.Log book in the morn and load tie down in the after.I did get time on the stimulator but the shift from 7 hi to 8 low is an issue.No matter how I do it I end up in 8 hi.I flip the splitter to low then clutch
pull it out of 7 clutch push it into 8 low but end up in 8 hi every time.I cant find my problem.I start load class at 7am as day 5.We have guys who are much worse than I as they get accident forms 2 and 3 at a time every time they get in the stimulator.I have not been sent to the office yet but many in the class have,so far I seem to be doing ok.I just hope I get a good trainer as I am gonna need it I have tons of questions and I am sure he will be able to find my problem areas.

shifting
When shifting from 7 to 8 try just putting your fingers on the shifter. Don't put your thumb on the shifter until it's time to split the gear.

Von, stopped by, your truck was off. Wasnt sure if you were catching some sleep time so didn't go knocking. I have an appt. to keep at 7:30 anyway and I'm going to be running late as it is. Tks just the same.

Hey Von, you should stop by INSKIP BMW on Rt 2, 1515 bald hill road in Warwick RI. I work there as a BMW Master Technician. I have been very interested in TMC, just waiting to finish my CDL. Working on cars just is sucking right now. If you can make it, I am there from 7:30am till 5pm. I'll buy ya a cup of Joe....jus ask for Mike
