Des Moines is by FAR the better place to go.

Yes you have a choice. Other than a great backing guy in SC, Des Moines has it all over SC.

From Lexington NC to Des Moines is a loooooong way but if its worth it, the length of the trip wont make any difference in my opinion. Now all I gotta do is graduate from TDS. Jan 11th cant get here fast enough.

Hey Guys I am a new poster to this forum I have been reading posts on cad for about a month now. Found out there is a lot more to truck driving than I imagined but I don't think its anything I can't handle. I make pretty good money at the job I am in but I'm just tired of the same thing day after day. Hope to start school first of the year. most of the questions I have had for the most part have been asked by someone else at some point in time but I still like reading everyone's posts especially you TMC guys from all that I have read, and i have read a lot, this is the company for me. There was one question that i do have about TMC medical insurance that I have not seen asked. Fred may be able to help with this one. How long after you start work do you become eligible. anyway sorry to be so long winded you TMC guys keep on posting and I'll keep on reading

Medical insurance starts 90 days from your hire date, which is the last day of orientation, so actually 104 days from the day you show up to orientation.
