No, i was not "pissed" you arrogant f$$k, but i do now! :x
All i was trying to do, it's to help you to deal, with that fear. And why of the name of god, I'd be jealous!?

You like to play "hero" in front of the people who don't know any better?
That's fine! But for me, or anybody who has been in this business for more than a few years, you are just a rookie, regardless if you drive for Swift or have your own authority!

You are looser! At 50 years old, you got no wife no family, and you choose to live in the truck! Should i be impressed? Oh! You said "jealous"! :P
I'm just curious, how long you will last when the "novelty", wears out, and it become just a job, as for most of us?

Go ahead! Fill free to correct the grammar! :P

Time for part 3 yet? Lock him down, he's out of control.

Now, where did I hide that emergency joint and twinkies.

Hey Steve, don't let Rev. get to you. He's a gas bag, always negative. Just because he couldn't cut it on his gig, he doesn't want anyone else to make it either. I've been out here since 1975, always running my own equipment and own authority since 1988. I haven't seen anything in your posts that's not believable. Keep it up.

Sleeping next to a stream with a cool evening breeze doesn't sound too bad to me whether it be a truck, motor home, or tent.

Who cares? As long as you get in in without hitting anything its all good.

As an Cityman I can see more backing into tight spots in a day than many on here will get in a week. We are all about going places with pups that were not designed for trucks.

I have days when I'm the zen-master of reverse hitting tight blindsides with no pull up. Then I have days when I would make a Swift Trainee look sharp.

I dont care about the grammer on here....we all tend to type like we talk anyways!! BUT I know my grammer and use it when I have to!!

Being by a stream with a breeze and broadband connection to boot....priceless....

We are at our destination and there is a breeze blowing through the truck and I have a broadband connection too....in South Texas out of town  We are about 3 miles outside of Santa Rosa TX.

Rev, how long did you drive OTR?? We have tried several times to come "off" the road and, for us, it does not work!! We always end up back on the road, but it is because we LOVE it out here. Sometimes it is not all about the money you make....it is the fun you have while making it!!

That being said....I try to get along with everyone and wish you guys would do the same??!! :?

Why would you bag on a guy's grammar when all he said was not to worry about what other people think of your backing ability? For not being a native speaker, solo gets his message across just fine. I'm sure you'd do just as well driving his old routes in Russia

Just remember Steve, backing is all in the setup. That fear you feel is a healthy fear, you simply don't want to damage someone elses truck. With that in mind, don't hesitate to get out and look. Take your time, you'll be OK.

I find it hilarious that Steve, a former IT guy, puts his faith in the Bill Gates school of grammar.

But, just to be fair:

Drinking coffee, got CNN on the radio with the doors open so I can listen....Nice and cool next to the stream which produces a little breeze with the cool water and warm air. Going to be great sleeping weather tonight. Yup, doesn't get any better than this.

Huh? "Couldn't make it on his gig"?

Since you joined 2 days ago, and have no prior knowledge of either Steve nor I, that makes you either:

1. Psychic,
2. A speed reader, or
3. A mult.

Which is it?
