[/b]Why Engineers Make the Best Lovers[/b]

10. - The world does revolve around us... we choose the coordinate system.

9. - No "couple" enjoy a better "moment".

8. - We know how to handle stress and strain in a relationship.

7. - We have significant figures.

6. - EK301: The motion of rigid bodies.

5. - Projectile motion: Do we need to say more?

4. - Engineers do it to specification.

3. - According to Newton, if two bodies interact, their forces are equal and opposite.

2. - We know it's not the length of the vector that counts, but how you apply the force.

1. - WE KNOW THE RIGHT HAND RULE!

Hey Rosty, you may me interested in this.

Last night while getting the last of my belle button fuzz I felt a little tickle in my ear so I suspected ear wax. I was done picking my teeth so I stuck the toothpick in my ear and got a glob of wax. Now I have wax in one hand and fuzz in the other so I combine the two and stick it on the end of the toothpick. I get my lighter and it was like a torch from the days of King Arthur.

I thought I would pass this on in case anyone were to get stranded without power and needed a little heat and light. Kind of smells bad though.

On a more serious note. I was watching my windsheld wipers during the rain yesterday and realized the wipers had room to spare. I bought new wipers this morning. My drivers side was increased 2" and the passenger side 4" in size.

I have a feeling the previous owner just bought some with out regards to how large they could be.

I woke up around 2 last night and turned on the CB just as people were talking about all the cops here. They busted 3 truckers with beer and were searching there trucks. Next thing I hear and see is lots of trucks leaving. I hear 2 truckers saying that they are wearing nothing at all other than there underwear getting away just in case.

Boy Steve- after reading the last few posts I am sure thankful you had the forethought to aim that camera at your belly instead of lower. Any bad angle you could have been banned from CAD. Close call dude. Hay, Steve you the sound like the kinda guy who lights his farts with a lighter. Stay outa the rain. Bill

You're asking the right person. I've moved more times than anyone I know. They joy of being single, get tired of one place and try some place different.

My sister is all moved in down in Florida and it cost her $3,000. She called Mayflower and 2 other moving companies and they all came in at the exact same price. You can have them come out and give you an estimate so you know what it's going to cost.

A one way U-Haul truck will cost you $1,058 and a dolly to pull your car will cost another $121. This is based on a one way rental from Tulsa to Oriental. You can call the local movers and they will send 2 guys out to pack the truck for under $300. Same thing on the other end to unload. The total cost with fuel, boxes, pads and hand dolly will be around $2300.

It cost my sister $3,000 to move 1,300 miles so it may be cheaper or the same and a lot less aggravation to have a company move you.

You can also rent a POD which would hold all your stuff and put it on your trailer along with your car. A forklift can lift your car and pod no problem.

You could also hire someone on here but from the posts they get like $8.00 a mile and it keeps going up and up and up.
