I can not get over it because we have a president that has been anything else but president for the past 5 years and I see the same thing in Mcain so I am giving my vote to somebody who will try to change something.
Somebody who made sure that Bush got all his things passed in Senate(that is what I meant about voting with Bush 90% of the time) needs to get his brain checked out because Bush is in lower twenties% approval .
If you have problem with liberals than you have problem with millions of Americans and calling them names just shows your ignorance.
I dont give rats a** if you are for Mcain just have respect towards other people ....
And about the change I can only hold Obama by his word and hope ...
So.....you can't tell us what he will change, other than the fact that he says he will change things....wow....

I see change alright. I see a wasteful government healthcare idea that would drive the country to bankruptcy. I see huge tax increases for the wealthy driving business out of the country, increasing outsourcing, and limiting the growth potential for american business. I see socal programs to help every scumbag too lazy to help themselves as an enormous drain on our economy. I see regulation and taxation on the oil industry that will only complicate and worsen our energy crisis. I see REFUSAL to use the resources we have in this great nation on the rediculous grounds that it may possibly hurt tourism on coastal states. I see gambling our entire economic livlihood on the idea of an alternative fuel that is cheap, plentiful, and thus far NOT FEASABLE as an excuse to not drill for more domestic oil.

Oh yes....I see change, indeed. I see another EUROPE!!!!

All I see in this farce of an upcoming election is that once again....both parties have regurgitated the same old :dung: and the voters, both dead and alive get to choose between their choice of the lesser of two evils.

Someone snuffed out the light at the end of the tunnel......

And the :dung: down there in the lower right hand corner...at the end of the tunnel is smelling really bad.

It's hilarious that the Dems ran on "Vote Change" back in 06, and now Oblama is running on "Change" in 08. Since the Dems failed to bring any change back in 06, it's safe to assume that Obama will follow suit. Then in 2010, the Dems can run on a "Change Change" platform, and in 2012, Hillary can re-run on a "Change Changers" platform.
Wow, I can't believe I get to say this but: You are WRONG Rev. The Dems changed lots of things. The Gasoline price went up between 2006 and the time they went on vacation the first of August.

They changed the approval rating of Congress to the lowest it has ever been. Lower than the President's as a matter of fact.

They changed their minds about ending the Iraq war so that it would still be around as a issue for this election.

So basically the Democrats changed every issue that they won with in 2006 to make is more of an issue this year. And some suckers think that promises in politics mean something.

I say . . a very good choice. A very good choice in an "if the election were held today" kind of way. I like her resume and I respect her values. The O'Biden camp must be killing themselves trying to retool their stragities . .

It's going to be a long 9 weeks. If she holds up, I think we're looking at the winning ticket. I hope she's smart . . and strong enough to carry McCain. One superbly qualified newcomer vs. 3 freaks.

I honestly thought I'd be sitting this one out but I hit the link on www.drudgereport.com and contributed $25. I would not have given 3 cents to Obama and I'd demand a refund from Biden or McCain (alone) until today.

Take into account that for her election as Alaska's Governor she defeated the sitting incumbent Republican in the primary, and a former democrat governor in the general election. If she can fight through that much mudslinging she has to be ready for the VP run.

She has that hott Tina Fey look, and trust me...she's freaky!
I know these things...it's a gift.

This is CHANGE I can believe in. I'm going with the boobage Gov. Palin brings to the future of America.
We need a Vice President that brings uninhibited Librarianesque passionate vision.

I'd hazard that is a given.
On that note...one may wonder what she offered to be chosen as his running mate?

Wot?
