Never. I control my temper.

Has anyone ever literally kick the s**t out of someones body? We're talking about the actual s**t here. Have you ever kicked someone until they had uncontrollable bowel movements?
Me? No. But I'm sure it has happened. Your point?

Just because someone SAYS they'd like to do something to someone doesn't mean they ever actually WOULD do something.
So I suppose you would have condoned it if they had actually come out and said "rape".

You just simply freaking amaze me at your utter stupidity. You have a holier than thou attitude against every person that posts on this message board.

(EDITED)

Ok - call the PC police now and ban me.
I don't need to. I'm sure they will see your post and moderate it themselves.

No one accused anyone of raping a person. You asked, Does it matter if the word "rape" was used or not? I explained to you how using the word rape can be considered a very serious word within the context of sex.

Just as I would defend the right of freedom of speech for a member of the KKK or a NAZI. Why would I defend freedom of speech for a KKK member or a NAZI, I might not like what they have to say but if we allow the freedom of speech to be taken away from one it is taken from all.

As you have said before, Radio talk shows are entertainers and they don't always tell the truth, right? It's ok for movie's to have rape scenes, nothing is said about that.

One last point I need to make here, hope this don't get me in trouble because I really don't want this thread to be locked, I think we are having a good civil discussion... But I need to make a point and this is the best way to make it my point.... and we are all adults so I hope I don't offend anyone.

Some women like *it* rough, maybe while being held down, pulling hair or even maybe a smack on the you know what. Also have you ever said or heard someone say "I would like to *blank* the dog *bank* out of her. Is that act now considered bestiality? No, it isn't bestiality. Phrases are said sometimes using slang terms or other terms that do not make any sense to describe an act. So I do not think he (Charlie) was talking about killing her dead (as in death) he was using the word dead to make the act more intense or more creative.

That's the problem with your argument. This isn't about freedom of speech. It's about business.

It doesn't matter what they meant. It only matters what was said. They were trying to funny and edgy. At least they succeeded in one of them.

And that's a real shame, as I find the mindset of those defending their actions very interesting. It amazes me how personal and serious certain people are taking this.

I hate locking down long threads because there is usually a lot of info and dialogue in them, most of it OK. But it's far too time-consuming to go edit the entire thing. So just tone it down. The insults and veiled threats have gotten out of hand.

Veiled threats? If any threats were made, I don't remember reading or posting them. Insults? We ARE adults aren't we?

It amazes me about how passionate you are to post AGAINST something that you know nothing about. If it's something you could care less about, which you've stated many times, STOP RESPONDING!!!

Especially don't mention the fact that XM's stocks have been on a downward slide for the past 5 days
Personally I think one of the funniest things about all this is that all those Opie and Anthony fans thing they can actually bring the stock down by cancelling. Investors are much smarter than that. They are most likely seeing the suspension of O & A as a good thing. Investrors like to see Corporate leaders who are in control of their employees. Investors also know that all those people who are cancelling, will be back in 30 days and all those people who are smashing their radios will be buying new radios. XM stock hasnt been doing that well for months and months. But right now its still rated a buy with most analysts. I said a few months ago that the bottom would be about 10. I was pretty close. I got into XMSR with a small amount of shares at about 12. The only reason i did that was just in case the merger goes though. Its a gamble but it could pay off big time if they do merge.
In fact today the stock is having a great day up about 1.5%.
