A Hawaiian Tropic Zone waitress says she won $5,000 on the shock jock's "Regular Hottest Chick" contest, only to have Dell'Abate take half for himself because, "I'm the one that discovered you." The server, who goes by the name of Jessylyn, tells Steppin' Out's Chaunce Hayden, "At first, I thought he was joking . . . I still had fun, but I wish I could get the whole $5,000. Oh, well." Jessylyn confirmed to Page Six, "Gary told me that was his deal with the girls." A rep for Dell'Abate had no comment, and his agent didn't return a call.
