doesnt matter, sirius and xm dont care what you listen to as long as you subscribe, they dont do ratings so it's impossible to tell how many listeners any one show has. O@A are on regular radio also, so they are rated on there, but no one knows how many xm listeners they have. it all comes down to if the satellite companies think you can bring in subscribers, they will hire you. obviously, both shows have loyal listeners, or they wouldnt be on. the guys who think a paticular show shouldnt be on just because they dont like it are immature and selfish, probably the same guys who think they are entitled to hold up the middle lane and the same guys who park at the fuel pumps. I have figured out all by myself that if I dont like a program that is on, there are about 200 other channels I can listen to.
I imagine when Howard retires, most of his listeners wil go back to O@A, I wonder what happens when they leave? There really isnt any great new talent out there, or if there is, I havent heard them. Bubba is okay, but he is a little over the top for a lot pf people
I used to like Bob and Tom, but they seem kind of lame now, perhaps if they were uncensored, they would be better. Then there is always John-boy and Billy of you want to listen to 4 hours of them laughing.
Anyway the great thing about satellite is the amount of choice we have and I cant understand why some people want to take that choice away.
