PM you! I don't know why my husband's did not go through this morning! Will from Sage is really nice and the people at Davis really care about their people.

My husband enjoyed his breakfast in bed this morning!

Hi GFIW, was GFI in Casper WY a couple of days ago? I was parked next to a familiar looking truck but the driver was doing paperwork and I didn't want to interupt him.

Hi Goin Fer It.
I was going to PM you this but have been blocked because of not having enough posts, I need 50!

I'm in the last week of School Training and have picked most likely Davis but..... maybe Watkins Shepard to go with. I have a couple of questions for your husband.

How does Davis like the clutch to be operated? ....double clutching, floating the gears etc... I'm slowly getting the Double Clutching but it's still not very good.

Has he ever been to the Ontario, CA terminal? I'm going to call the number for that location and meet with them.

Does he have any thoughts or heard anything good or bad about either company???

My start date to be at Davis is 7/2.

Thanks,

Well I did not get all my remodling done! One day was gone taking my sister to the airport then today I went to my mother's with the intention of helping her with something.

Tomorrow will be crunch time as we are going to celebrate my husband's 50th on Saturday!

After my husband dropped his load in Eugene Davis had him drive up to Kent Washington to pick up a load yesterday. Seven stops mostly in Spokane! He had requested tomorrow through Sunday off.

When he called in as usual this morning he got a message to call one of the big bosses at Davis. He was wondering what it was regarding to find out he wanted to wish my husband a happy birthday And they also sent a card that I need to give him! At Davis he is not just a number!

GFIW,

It's been a week since we've heard from you.....how is everything going? Update please, you know I need my "fix"

by the way, I will be starting orientation in Missoula on July 9th and my trainer will be there on the 11th to pick me up. I spoke with him today on the phone and he has been with Davis for almost 15 years (in the industry for 30) and is about to reach the 3 million mile status. Tell GFI that I will be looking for him out there.

Devildice...

The wife and I are renting a car this Friday so she can ride up with and then drive back down. I'll be in orientation on Monday. I'll have one day of downtime on July 4th and should meet my trainer on the 5th. Maybe we'll get to cross paths at one point. I still need to give GFI a call.

Did your trainer give you some info on what to bring with you?

I was told by myrecruiter: 3-4 jeans, shirts, long sleeve shirt, hard hat, safety glasses, sleeping bag, pillow, shorts if I want, sneakers, work boots, toiletries, transcripts from school, CDL, SSN, Med-Card and copy of DOT long Form
