I'll do that terry, and thanks again for the info you gave me a while back. I think we made the right choice. Once he gets his own truck I think we will be more then ok. Not sure how things are going to go next week tho, they have not told him exacty for sure where his truck is or how they want him to get there to get it. But they did say he would have it next week. Maybe by Friday we will know more.

I have the Sprint aircard. Though I am a Verizon cell customer, it seemed to be the best solution nationwide for coverage and bandwidth. Verizon, in my opinion, has too many irons in the fire and isn't focusing on WIFI like it should. I am quite satisfied with Sprint.

Broke down in London, KY. Hoping for a swapped copper load to get home. If not, I am stuck out.

Hello all, have done a quick blog entry, a real short summary over the last week. Was fairly uneventful, except for rain everywhere we went. Will be picked up by another driver going to DM tommorow morning. Once in DM will have final processing and release to get my own truck. Not sure which terminal I will get my truck at yet, so I can only hope for the best.

Thanks to my trainer, Raymond, for all the help and hints in getting going with this new stage of my career. Would really like to have a fleet manager out of Joplin, they all are great. But going long haul, will have a FM out of DM. We will pray for the best there also. Having a good FM out here makes all the difference in being successful and happy. A bad FM will make things miserable.

Glad to hear MDII and TL's hubby are doing fine out there. Guess I will se TL's hubby in DM Monday a.m..

So sorry I didnt get this till just now CH, yes he was there. He called a little while ago and said that him and several other guys were leaving tonight for Indiana ( I think, the kids were screaming and I could not hear him good) to pick up their trucks. Where he will go from there is anyones guess, from what I understand they will pick up their trucks and be on their own by tomorrow night. I hope that he makes it home this weekend, the kids want to do fire works when he gets home.

I made it to 31% this snapshot. I still find it hard to make that elusive 32%. If I had completed TQM and Road Scholar I would make it. I was back out West running the mountains again, so my fuel mileage is going to go down again.

Congrats, TL, way to go!

Picked up my truck yesterday, picking up my first load Thursday morning and then going to the house for a couple of days. Could have left today with a company run to Laredo, but my FM called with this load.
