As Emeril says; " Pork Fat Rules"
I think that there are Pope-like dudes that interpret the word of God in the Bible, Torah, and Koran, that decree how the flock shall suffer. I would guess that God grooves on pork ribs and laughs at our silliness. Kosher is any blessed food which is prepared in a very clean and sanitary basis and is very safe. You can slug down all the Kosher sashimi or Hebrew National hot dogs you care to and be pretty assured you will be not get any bad bacteriological voodoo.

I'm under my first HazMat load. It's just flamable. Indy to Tacoma. A very nice paying run. Plus it keeps me in the Northern States. It is getting a little too hot down South. I barely have enough hours to get there. I would have been running on fumes had I kept on going. I decided to stop as early as possible and get a 34 hour reset. I'll get there with a couple of more hours left and have many more on my 70 rather than what drops off each day. These HOS are fun to play with sometimes. You have several different options and you have to figure which is the best in the long run. I just have to be careful I stay within the regulations. I keep knocking off states I have never been to. I will get South Dakota and Montana on this trip. I guess the only states I haven't been to now are North Dakota and the little pissant states in the Northeast. Sorry, if I offended you, but they are little pissant states. 8) I was dispatched on a run to Connecticut, I was on my way to the shipper when my Fleet Manager told me to stop, he had a run out West for me. I was just so broken hearted over that one. Actually, I prefer the West, I just give the East a hard time. I do want to get to all the states in the Northeast, even New York City. I'm afraid they won't let me back into Texas once I go though.

![]() You ever heard the term speak softly and carry a big stick? That might work in Texas but in NYC it's speak loud and carry a big gun. Terry, We'll let you come back home as long as you promise NOT to bring any yankees with you. We've got enough here as it is. On a serious note don't forget to call your mom's and wish them a very Happy Mother's Day.
