Between $3,500 to $4,500 per week. To you that would be $980 to $1,260 gross pay at the 28% Certification Level. Maybe more depending on freight, your flatbedding mojo, luck, and God's grace. If you run some weekends you will also do better.

$29.00 for a Conventional trk
$19.50 for a flat trlr..
of course TMC pays that...

but if you want to wax, tire shine, or towel dry, you pay..
trk wax $3.50

those prices been good for about a yr now....

Hey any TMC drivers from lower Michigan? How often do you run freight into Michigan? I seen a TMC truck in my little small town of Allendale! we are just outside of Grand Rapdis, so i wouldn't think of any places Allendale! But any info from TMC Michigan drivers would be great! I have seen posts from da yooper, but he is a little north in CANADA, hahhaha!

Default TDT Inc.

TMC recently announced the acquisition of TDT, Inc., http://www.gotdt.com/ , a flatbed/covered wagon carrier based in Florida.

In the message from TMC and Tim Annett, I was heartened to see a comment about how concerned TMC was about the emotions of the current employees of TDT. That shows me more about TMC than all the posts and ads in the world. A company that shows concern and care about a group of people not even in the company yet, is a company that I am glad I work for.

Money and pretty trucks are important but people are paramount. TMC's success is based only partially upon freight and profits; the real success of the company is in how it treats it's employees - and specifically it's drivers.

Black Truck Run Smooth!

Hey Von,

Thanks for the web site...
I had heard alittle about this early this morning...

It was said that they have mulitable terminals,, over the USA. but I have only found mention of 3.... Lake CIty Fl, Tulsa, OK, and Salina, UT...

Do you think that AHI will explore TDT's Canada and Mexico's stuff..

And your right about AHI/TMC care and concern about ppl...

Not meaning to get off topic, but can anyone tell me if Sheboygan WI falls inside or outside of the orange line. I'll be moving there next summer and just curious.

Not sure about the Canada or Mexico stuff. After the week of "winter hell" you won't get me excited about Canada. Drivers will need a passport soon to go to Canada from what I heard. It would be cool to have the terminals. The release seemed to imply that the companies would operate as separate business units, for now.

I am just a link in the big chain; not in the know.
