Taking ENTIRE car in to NASCAR R&D and while watching the inspectors today I've never seen a car go through Inspection like Waltrips-It was like looking at the car under microscope.
The "Substance" is like something never seen before-Gonna be interesting to find out what it is
Plus--Mikey being the owner of the team has GOT to know what's going on with the cars.
And as Jimmy Spencer said-It's a black eye on NASCAR and 100k fine is nothing-

Yoop, the jet fuel mix rumor is coming from an unnamed NASCAR rep. Either way, he still screwed up and the news I'm hearing is that he will fire his crew chief over this who was prolly told by him to do it. Adding additives will raise your combustion level, or in layman's terms, you have a higher octane than the 116 NASCAR uses. That in turn gives you more hosrepower. 3 HP more equates to a tenth of a second pick up, 6 equals 2 tenths and so on. He wasn't that far off the pace, so a 6 HP pickup would be huge for him.

NASCAR knows what was in the fuel, they just aren't going to say it right now if ever. Jim Hunter was cracking a smile when Robin tried to explain what exactly was found and describing it without giving away what it was.

yeah-Spencer said last night that a Inspector was seen coming out of Waltrips pit garage with a bottle of Liquid.

I guess they're saying it has some kind of Jet Fuel Component and it helps "Oxygenate" the fuel or something.

These crew chiefs are amazing in finding little ways to go faster. Gotta tip my hat off to them for that :P
They never would have been caught if that NASCAR Inspector didn't put his hand into his manifold.

Watching Speed Channel I've never seen a car go through such an Inspection and now it's at NASCAR R&D for further review.

I think Kenseth and the other crew chiefs penalties are a bit much and not sure I'm buying what NASCAR has hit them for.
