Well, back in the saddle again. Shut down the house and hit the road around 3:30 this morning. Stopped at Denny's down the road and had a nice breakfast then parked at the customer site waiting till they get in.

Feels nice to head out with the truck stocked to the gills, full tanks of fuel and everything clean and spotless. My truck was completely covered in salt when I got home from the last time out. We had an ice storm a few days ago and now my truck looks like it just came out of the truck wash and waxed???? I noticed my car and everyone else's was the same. Strange? I'm assuming the ice crystals acted like a sponge and cleaned everything.

Not looking forward to driving down Rt95 on the east coast. I could take Rt90 but that will add another 170 miles or so. The one good thing about taking 95 is you get the warm weather a lot quicker so that will be nice.

Going to get a PM first chance I can get. Everyone around me is very expensive. I got all my chains and binders stored in my new box and spent hours cleaning my other big box. I once again have tons of room and was able to put back a whole bunch of stuff I had to take out to make room for the chains. This time I bought Rubbermaid containers instead of plastic so I'm hoping they won't break apart as easy.

The cops came down yesterday while I was at my truck and they had a new officer with them. This kid was 21 years old and I swear is couldn't have been more than 135 pounds. He looked like he was going to a costume party and borrowed his fathers uniform. I don't think they make uniforms any smaller!! Poor kid. I asked my buddy Mike after they left and he said they will put him on traffic and other details. They have him drinking those bulk drinks and lifting weights.

Time to take a little walk and see if anyone is home yet. Can't wait for the Roach Coach to show up. He has such awesome food!!!

 

Yup, Patriots lost. I'm not a football fan but did watch most of the game. I'm kind of sorry they canceled the parade here. I still think they should have it for such a great season.

For all we know REV you got FIRED FROM GRABEL AND HAVE NO JOB ANYMORE. Could it be those so called deer accidents were you hitting CARS and they canned you for accidents.

 

Thats was just a little joke about the earlier conversations about Steves wiring job that Rev. was convinced was going to burn jis truck down...Remember that avatar he had showing Steves wiring caps and the burning truck?
