Real math = 600 miles a day X 4 days = 700 miles short of a Monday AM delivery      He may have already covered 700 miles on wed. since it picked up in the am.

I have 2300 miles to go and if I do 600 today tomorrow and Sunday that leaves 500 for monday. Since I start driving around 2am Eastern time and the difference in time in Portland which you didn't take into consideration that leaves me 13 hours to do 500 miles on Monday and still hit my goal.
I do not have a delivery time and have been told to take my time due to weather which I will. I guess setting up cubicles has caused your brain to be incapable of calculating where you will be the next day and taking into consideration time zones. So I'm sitting at a service center and had a gourmet Uno pizza that must have been sitting for 3 hours and was hard as a rock last night. Not sure what kind of weather I'm heading for but would rather not know. It's been smooth sailing so far and the rest of the drive should be an easy one. Driving early in the morning is great. You get at least 300 miles in before anyone else is awake and the cruise turned on the whole way. Everyone is so much more professional at night too. No bad talk on the CB and everyone is courteous. I do love this automatic feature of the Rigmaster turning itself on and off at night when it hits the low temp I set it too before going to bed. Time to get my act together and hit the road.

Rev doesn't like to let facts get in the way of his juvenile insults.
He does demonstrate relatively good calculator skills for a guy who appears to be pretty uneducated.

Looks like I have an oil leak around my differential but I can't really tell where it's coming from. I'm in Gary Indiana so I'm going to wait until a local shop opens and have them fix it. Looks like I'll be here for the day. Oh well, more time for a longer nap!!!

It is probably just a seal. It should not take long to fix it. The down time will likely come in waiting for them to get to you. The repair itself should not take more than an hour or so.

Yup, they just got to it a little while ago. They had a full schedule today so it may take a little longer. I can't complain!!!

It's Portage Indiana, not Gary. I'm at the Peterbuilt dealer. Very nice place and a drivers lounge that's nicer than my living room!!

You mean the Portage Peterbilt dealership that told me that they could get to me in the afternoon when I called them at 10am and when I showed up at 1pm they said it would be until 3rd shift before they could get me in,yeah that place that I will try not to ever do buisness with again since they cost me a days truck wages......not that I'm mad or anything

If you PM me your home address I'll buy you what you need and mail it to you. I think it's less than $10.00 |
