So let me see if I interpret this correctly,..... This is one of those Reg's where if Mr. DOT had somebody pi$$ in his cornflakes,......he could take it out on Steve and make it stick, because there are rules about light color and position.
But,.......in most cases no DOT guy gives a rats a$$ about it, and as long as your bumper's not dragging the road,.....he could care less.
I am so sick and tired of laws,building codes, rules,regulations, etc. being interpreted by some a$$ monkey who decides they have had a bad day and want to vent.
