By posing what he could have said (sent to Iraq), it makes it clear as a bell that the subject of the comment (stuck in Iraq) was Bush. People have been saying for months that bush has us "stuck in Iraq".

How is the comment any different except it was at the end of a sentence talking about education?

The only reason he has to clarify this one is because some people in the RNCC can't see there is a difference between sent to and stuck in.

Well, if what you are saying there is correct, then a lot of Democrats have the same problem as well. This past week, Kerry's mail box has been flooded with cancelled invitations!!!

After further review of the video, I rescind my thought that it was a joke. It was plainly not a joke. But that does not change what was said. By saying stuck in Iraq, he clearly referenced Bush and the constant affirmations from other democrats that Bush has us stuck in Iraq.

It seems simple to me.

And no, I didn't agree with Kerry on all of his 2004 election platforms. I'm more of a center leaning liberal, as so nicely pointed out by AFF.

I guarantee you..........after my operation yesterday and all the pain pills I'm on........I WON'T be taking a DOT physical anytime soon............will fail in a heartbeat........OPIATES, Morphine and Demerol (sp)...to name a few.

They sure help the pain though.............I swear, I hurt 4-times as much today as I did yesterday.........
