The initial rush of needing a receiver is over and now it's more or less new subscribers trickling in. The Nascar deal is going to be cool. Along with the live radio broadcast they are going to broadcast live in car to pit audio for 10 different race teams on 10 different channels uncensored. We'll be able to hear them talk like truckers
If I had a few billion dollars, I would just start my own satellite company

Howard had what I thought was a great idea. leave the 2 companies seperate but merge all the channels so you could get all of them no matter which one you subscribe to, that way you could subscribe to the one who you think has better equipment or service or whatever and listen to whatever you want without having to pay for both services, that sounds like the best of both worlds. one part of the plan was to keep the prices the same, charging more would defeat the whole purpose. I think it would be great, they both have stufff I like but I dont want to have to have both.

I'm sure I-Pods and MP3 players have a slight responsibility for slumping sales.
But as stated above, the rush is over. Example, Xbox and the NEW XBox 360 ![]() Still, Howard Stern's influence is pretty remarkable, considering the hundred of other channels programs on it
