No wonder you are 44 and single. You are way too picky. "a man who doesn't like sports". Ha.. you are one of a kind, lady. But it's your world, do what you want. I just hope you aren't the type of woman that say's "i guess i'll be alone forever." because if you are, well now you know why.

Good luck with that.

No drinkers,ex-wives,drug users, and sports fans. That is not being picky. Not all men are into sports.

Believe it or not, there are men who don't care for sports. I've known several.

Your right, I am picky. I don't want to add to the 60% divorce rate statistic.

I'd rather find a man who I have the most in common with, and a man I can say is my best friend.

If more people took the time to truly get to know the people they are considering marriage too, maybe the divorce rate wouldn't be so high. That's just my opinion.

To me marriage is a serious commitment, and it shouldn't be taken lightly. If your going to do it, you may as well do it right the first time, or not at all.  8)

Hear, hear Red. I met my husband of 10 years over 20 years ago. We are friends first & foremost. I had been married twice before & thought I would never get it right.

Stay PICKY! Don't settle...it never works. Leave it to a man so say you are too picky! Pity the poor woman who settles for him!

Hmmm, thought this was a forum for WOMEN!

You should make compromises, not say no to everything little thing you dislike.

Once again, it's your world. Stay picky if you choose to do so.

44 years old...
