The shifting is easy. The bottom 5 shift just like a 9 or 10 speed. Then you flip the forward air switch and jump to sixth (just like a 9 speed.) from there, 6 to 7 is an air shift using the side thumb button, 7 to 8 is a standard shift, 8-9 is an air shift and so on.

As to the 1099, I'm sure you already know this, but save every single receipt. A lot of people shy away from 1099 jobs, but with all the receipts and the right accountant you can come out as well or better. Yes, you have to pony up both sides of the SS tax at the end of the year. But, as an independent contractor you are essentially a business (a sole proprietorship) so you have a lot more opportunities for tax deductions. A good account can stretch that fact for every penny.

That's a big 10-4 driver! Chickenhaulers run like hell, sit for days, make picks in Shakytown a few pallets at a time...then 11-10 do it again! In between are visits to the truck wash, chrome shop, wheel polisher and indian casino.

"Cluck Cluck Chicken Truck!" flying through the truckstop at no less than 30-35 mph with the jakes singin'. Then set the brakes on party row with the engine in high-rev, marker lights lit, and kicker on high..."Where's all the Baby Dolls, c'mon back?"

Whoop, whoop! Outta my way, I'm rollin' to LA. I need a back door, so let's GO!

Yeah it makes sense. Like I said it is the same gear pattern. All of you major gears are in the same place, you go from low to high range at the same point and so on.

Ok lets see if I got it 1st, 2nd, 3rd,4th, flip (hi low) 5th,split, 6th, split, 7th, split, 8th, split, and split again (last gear)? So 1,2,3,4, hi,5/6, 7/8, 9/10, 11/12 and 13 would be on the same gear set as 11/12?

Low Side( Range Selector Down)

R 2 4

1 3 5

High Side( Range Selector Up)

Button Shift( button forward/back)

R [ 7/6] [11/10]

[ 9/8 ] [13/12]

The range selector works like any standard 10 speed/

then the high side (with the range selector staying in the up position)
works with a button shift ( like a 2speed axle- just like the Super-10)
all you do is break torque with the accel pedal then change the gear with the button- re-sync with the rpm.

anyone who can drive a super-ten can drive a 13 or 18
anyone who can drive a 13 or 18 can drive a super ten
