Most all of the bulk tanker carriers run 100% legal and have great accesory pay to make up for any downtime you encounter. I suggest you research these areas of trucking here on the boards. To an extent you are wishful thinking with all these Mom and Pop outfits. You need to think of going somewhere with a future.
