Today I have looked at his miles, management has looked at his miles and even a VP has looked at his miles....we all agreed something is wrong. Those are way too low. Also his issue about his pay is being delt with. Someone asked what I could do for the guy, trying to be a smart ass. That is exactly what I can do for him!
Now....here is something for you Cluggy. Really, I dont have to do a thing for him. Like you love to say....My job is to get him in the door. Which I did and I was paid for it. Anything I do for him from now on, I am doing it for free. But still, I have had no problem trying to deal with this for about 3 hours today making no money. Why would i do that? BECAUSE I AM HONEST ( hehehe)AND I WANT HIM TO SUCCEED.
Thanks for admitting that. And you know, it's good that you have decided to help him out, even if it was for free.

If he's smart, he'll jump on one of those accounts. Everybody that I have talked to seem to do better on a account of some kind. I know that if, not bloody well likely, I ever go back to JB, it will be on a account of some kind, never again will I go OTR.

I hope he does better. He does need to stop with the job hopping if he ever hopes to get a decent job driving with a good company.

And one more thing. I want every driver to succeed. Every driver should make at least what I do, no matter if they are local, like me, or OTR, like him, or anyone in between. Now I don't make great money, I'll settle for good. But if your OTR, and not making what I make, makes me want to go hmmmmmm.

But every driver is different, so they say.
