Oh and just a quick note before I pick up my kids.

We called May Trucking in April after all this happened and we got what we could from them regarding the accident...you know the stuff our attorney never bothered to get for us.

Anyway it said that my husband was going 3 mph according to the officer my husband said he was going fast in the parking lot....a statement my husband never made.

Also for the witness it said Security Guard and Parking lot Camera. No mention of the Security Guard in the Police Report but it did say someone who worked there and NEVER mentioned the aiding and abetting and the fact the guy approached my husband spoke to him.

Police told them my husband ran because he was scared.....they noted that when my husband spoke to them he told them he did not run but he had every intention of going back in the morning.

Here is what I would like to see the policeman and my husband both take a lie detector test or undergo hypnosis. Which if this is sent back to the lower court my and goes to jury we will do.

And just as my husband could have lost his job these people should have action against them for not following the laws, rules and oaths they vowed to follow.

Anyway Teresa told us that the DA or police she said it was a woman she thought it was from the DA's office but they told her they could get the money back from my husband if he was prosecuted for the accident.

She told them it was already paid for and that it was accident.

You don't really need to give these people an explanation. ALL the PAST post say it very well and you have been very open. Just because mr texas (that explains it all, by the way) :roll: and others want to beat up on you, just IGNORE!! They may have a right to post, we have a right to not give them the time of day.
If someone missed a vital part of this saga let them go back and research.

You have my apologies, but come on a state that is so arrogant they think they need their own pledge of alligance. :roll: It does have a bunch of wonderful people however. I spent three good years their and have several good friends - so again sorry.

Thank you they only made the picture frame! I put the pink backing behind it just to scan it in. It is a picture frame for the refrigerator. And those are my angels!! Except my son he is not at their school.
