My husband made his drop in Great Falls Montana. After that he drove to Lovell Wyoming for a pick up. This load will be delivered to Wenachee Washington on Monday.

Yesterday he arrived here in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. He will be taking our 11 year old daughter on the short trip with him to Washington. She is very thrilled to be going with dad again.

Davis has been very good to us. Usually kids only ride during the summer but they have allowed her to go with dad on her school breaks.

Thank you for you kind thoughts! You be careful of those Tornados down there! My husbands parents are from Indepence Mo that is where hubby grew up!

 

We dropped my husband and my daughter off this afternoon at the truck! She is having a blast with dad and she was so excited the last few days that she would be able to go out with dad again.

They will make the drop tomorrow morning in Wenatchee, Washington and then wait to see were they will pick up next. I know he will be through this area as she has a dentist appointment Wednesday afternoon and they marked down that he would have to be routed up through Spokane.

Oh my gosh! I think we were screwed by our attorney BIG TIME! I received a letter yesterday and I have NO IDEA what the attorneys did to us! It is not what we agreed to and my husband is calling that little weasle Oscar and the guy from Drivers Legal Plan! Our recommendation is Do not use these people EVER! We may have to start legal action against them!

I will write more later I am in shock and very stressed :shock: :shock:

Oh no, she's going to let us hang again !!!

 

Okay where to begin! First of all my husband did not get another load and was waiting in Wenatchee, Washington until tomorrow morning. After I began making calls and things were not looking good he called Davis and they told him to drive the truck home. I went and picked him and my daughter up she cried he said almost ALL the home because of what is happening.

Davis said they would put my husband off duty until Monday but I do not think this will be taken care of by then.

It would appear that my husband had NO Representation in court on his behalf. :shock: :shock: The little weasel Oscar without my husband's permission, consent, knowledge evidently pleaded my husband guilty for Second Degree Criminal Mischief. :shock: :shock: No wonder the weasel did not send us any paper work and told my husband everything went fine and it was all taken care of.

How did I find all of this out!!! Yesterday we received a letter from the Oregon Department of Transportation It was regarding filing an SR22 for Oregon or else his drivers license would be suspended on April 29, 2007.

Then at the bottom of the letter it stated that their records show that he has other suspension, revocations or cancellation on his driver record that have not been cleared!!! :shock: :shock:

So after calling and calling today and saying hey there must be some mistake this is not what we pleaded to it would appear that without ANY CONSENT from my husband this weasel pleaded guilty for Criminal Mischief in the SECOND DEGREE and my husbands drivers license was suspended for 90 days by court order in the state of Oregon.

My husband called the little weasel Oscar and he tried to tell my husband he went over all this with him my husband told him he was lying and that he NEVER AGREED to plea guilty in the second degree. Then my husband asked him what about his drivers license and Oscar told my husband that the DA at the end of the hearing moved to have it suspended for 90 days and he then told my husband that Oregon cannot suspend an Idaho license. Of course another lie!:x :x

My husband called Boise and they told him his license was clean then they asked him if he would like them to check in another state he asked them to check in Oregon. They told him his license was suspended in Oregon and since Oregon suspended it...it was suspended nation wide. :x
