Default CRETES LOG BOOK RULES

Does any one know if crete has changed its policy of being within 1 hour of fuel stops and any other locations you drive to.

Just log it as you do it and you won't have any problems.

Forget what you've been taught in Truckers school. "CREATIVE WRITING
101." Log it as you do it! It's too easy to get caught today. Damn computers on every engine and most trannies.Especially on Automatics and Auto Shifts. Also E-Z Pass / I-Pass / Fast lane(Mass) OK-Pass ect.
they give dates,TIMES, Lane number ect Exit on & Off Lane used AND TIME ON & OFF. :x I've got on on my 4-Wheeler.BE WARY THE BOX!

Now if we could just get dispatch on the same page and get them to dispatch for the real world.

And change the stupid fuel solution problem so we can maximize our time, and stay on the route.

On one trip this week the fuel solution took be 20 miles off the route to fuel, costing 30 minutes driving time, and almost caused a late load. So to save Crete $1.50 in additional fuel costs, I burned about $13.00 in extra fuel.

Sad part was once on I 80 there were 6 fuel stops right on the route.

But the best one was being routed 60 miles out of route for fuel.

I love computers

I don't think the computer did it to ya... It was probably the loose nut between the chair and the keyboard at dispatch that made the decision. This isn't good news if they are using the brain dead method for fuel stops and taking people out of route for fuel. How much sense does it make to spend $13 bucks to save $5(supposing they saved 5 cents a gallon and you bought 100 gallons of fuel).

Someone needs to wake up back at dispatch!
