no worries, on their website it shows a map where you have to live in order to lease on, many states west of the Mississippi are listed, MN, IA, TX, OK, KS, NE, MO, AR, etc.

Thanks Rambler, they don't do CA and they don't do teams in that program.

Those aren't the same loads Bigmon. Schneider Logistics operates as a separate unit, although they will broker some of their loads to SNI and vice versa.

anonymous, I'll let marcel answer most of your questions. I just wanted to point out that SNI says that most O/O's operating in that system average around $1.30/mile, which would be about the same as their regular arrangement. Marcel's a smart guy and knows the system, so he's obviously doing better. But just like Nutrisystem says "results not typical." :lol:

That board is for carriers with own authority. There is a different board for the lease-on guys.

hey i posted a long reply on here yesterday...................dont know what happened to it.....................everything is included in the rate, detention they pay in block time they really dont pay detention though cause you only start getting paid after 4 or 5 hours i think.......

Well, it never hurts to check your options Solo. They've got a yard right there in Newark and large terminals in Harrisburg, Seville, and Gary and I'm sure they still have plenty going to Long Island. They're pretty heavy around the Great Lakes. A guy willing to run into the NY/NJ area might get some pretty good rates. Let's ask Marcel.

Marcel, how could a guy do if he just wanted to run back and forth from OH to the Newark/NYC area, any idea?
