Well, that must be a wet back truck that swam across the river without going thru the DOT and DPS inspection stations at the US side of the crossing bridges, or the inspectors are not doing their job which I doubt,
that is picture you probably took some where in the mountains of Tene
or Ky

Hell you should have seen the piles of shit that I drove when I worked for Pepsi. We had a fleet of run down Ford F700's that would make that truck look in shape. One of them had a bad cab mount that made the entire cab list to one side. The speedometers were calibrated to the wrong side of the 2 speed rear end so the speedometers read 20 mph off (65 at an indicated 45).
