I can do that. It will have to wait until I get back home though. I left all the paperwork on my desk. I did mean to take it with me but forgot to along with my reading glasses.

Ok, here's a good one. I just got a call from the Navy guy in VA. He's making sure I will be there tomorrow. HE KNOWS WHERE I AM RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Steve, I would appreciate it very much, as I live close to several places that deal with this, but have not been able to find much info on this.

Heck you don't need me LOL.

You can try REO distribution a call. I pulled an LTL for them last week. They offered $600 but eventually paid paid $725 for 8' of deck from Waynesboro VA to Toronto ON no tarp. They were a pain tho...they called me 3 times a day and wanted next day delivery. I had to explain our LTL rules. They are a shipper that does their own brokering I think. Judy (800)285-4997.

I deliver at 6am tomorrow morning. See you at 7. Lets see, 2 eggs over medium, bacon, white toast and juice will do fine!

Any truck stops close by after I unload? Should take about 30 seconds to get rid of this one.

Steve,

When they check you out, ask them about the truckload of Mexicans that just drove by.

Steve,
Way to go.....being a 22 year Navy veteran with a secret clearance myself, I have a very good idea of what those boxes are. Unfortunately I can not say and IF they do tell you in Norfolk (which I doubt they will) you to, will not be able to divulge that info either.

I spoke to a driver many years ago when I was stationed in Norfolk and he hauled exclusively for the Department of Defense. He pulled a dry van and said he made a VERY good living pulling those DOD loads. 99% of the time he did not know what was in the van.

Good luck to you.

The only one around here is in Virginia Beach, it's called big charlies. It's not that great, more like a dump but it's the safest one around the area. There is anther one out in Chesapeake somewhere, but some one gets shot or mugged twice a week over there.

Charlie's is on 13 ( Northampton blvd) in between wesleyan drive and Diamond Springs road. The truck stop is on the side were border station road is
