You bought Fuel from a Low Life Scum bag who Steals. Eventually the Company he drives for will figure it out because he's going to keep doing it and the Fuel and Mileage won't match.
Food and Drinks?  He's a F.... thief. I woulda told him to get the hell out of my Face QUICK. "Principle"??

Yeah, I prolly should have just handed him $50 out of my wallet so he could have a party on me
I took his word he needed the money, and couldn't get a comcheck till the morning. Maybe I still have faith in the good of mankind, but he is what he is, and if hes stealing, he'll get his in the end. On my end, I knew I was getting a hell of a deal, but I wouldn't go as far as to say I stole it. He purchased the fuel fair and square and then sold it to me, so hopefully it comes out of his settlement. If I buy a used television that was stolen from the convenience store, then I'd definitely get a close seat to the furnace in hell. I appreciate everyone's input, and not passing judgement on me, but rather calling it as they see it. I don't consider myself a thief, just thought I was doing a favor. Live and learn :?

If the guy has to have it taken out if his settlement then what's the big deal. If the guy wants to be charged $150 for a $50 loan that's his choice.
If the company doesn't take it from his settlement then shame on them for being flakes. Tell the guy to some to CA and he'll have a line of people offering him $2 per gallon.

Damn I am a little surprised that some of you would have no problem stealing from his company. Taking 50 gallons from his company for any reason or any amount of money is STEALING. I don't care if you paid $12 a gallon for it, you did not ask for it and there for it is stealing.
My respect level for some of these truck drivers just went down a notch.

Some of you people need to pull your heads out of your asses. Is it a commendable thing to do? NOPE! Would I recommend that people go around doing this? NOPE! What I would say is that if the driver pays for his fuel, he's going to get charged back triple what Bandit paid him, so why does it matter? It's the same thing as if the driver himself purchased the 50 gallons himself, only the driver is goign to pay for it in the end out of his settlement greatly as opposed to buying it at the pump.
Lend him $50? Not that Bandit is too good to help a follow driver out, but how realistic is it to give another guy $50? And, how often can you HONESTLY say you woudl do this? You can't tell me you alwyas have $50 to throw around.
