It would have been better if they let you resign ,so your usis file shows willfull resignation...

I know of this rule....you can be booted if you turn down a dispatch if its not going where you need to go.(Freight comes first)

I was also told (today)..find something and stay safe for min 6 mos and then we will take your application.

Its a reboot of the process if you will

As opposed to terminated for safety reasons: preventable accident.

Already thought of that....I will still fall into 3 events in 3 yrs..and regardless of willfull resignation or firing the previous employer's data will reflect 'Inelegble for rehire'....

also was within 2 months of being clear of everything.

So close...yet so far

Hard to escape the trucking machine...they got all exits blocked.

Oh well....

Man and I thought my co was bad. We had 1 guy back into another truck at our fuel island (10,000 in damages) then he locked his brakes up so hard he sliced through 7 straps and had his wallboard slid into the back of his sleeper. Another guy lunchboxed his tranny and his 2nd offense was not setting his brakes and the truck rolled down an incline before hitting another trailer. Both guys went back to the companies they were with previously.

Yep....the word has come down

I have been set free ..... ("fired" is the word they use)

Gonna give it one last effort...put in a few online apps...etc

Maybe get hired...maybe not

This trucking is a tough row to hoe...such is life

PS:I can only speak for myself...but being out on the road for 60 days (all legal) and only one 34 hour reset in that period is not recommended...
I can honestly look back and cite fatigue and slow judgment in every mishap I have ever had in 3 yrs of driving.
