I was in about the second to last class to graduate out of the training academy late last year before they closed it. The training there has to be some of the best, if not THE best training a person can get. Even a couple of the guys I went through the training with who have left the company say the training was the best. These guys left because their checks werent looking like they thought they would be once they got out there on the road. They did not like the company pay, but they still feel thankful and very lucky to have gotten their training through them.

They first gave me an 04 Freightliner with 875000 miles on it. Drove that piece of schmit for 2 and a half months the whole time leaking, or burning off coolant. Took it to darn near every operating center we have and nobody could find the problem or do anything about it. Finally late one night about 65 miles south of Indianapolis the damn thing overheated on me and I had to pull to the side of the road. I had put nine (9) gallons of just water in about 5 hours, all of which went staight through it. They had put a new radiator in it but obviously that wasnt the problem.
I made it to the Indianapolis OC and told dispatch I wasnt driving anymore until they gave me a different truck.
Now I got me an 05 Freightliner piece of schmidt.
I like the company, but the equipment is just sorry. So so sorry.
