You're one of two things....totally clueless or a troll. I'm guessing the latter. If however you're just clueless, I would suggest you ask your boss to send you out with a trainer before you end up in jail.

Hahahahah will turn to boohoohoo if you get caught passing an open station
Ez Pass won't do squat for you at a weigh station. That device is only for paying tolls. PrePass will let you bypass scales if you get a green light.
Yep, I meant to say PrePass.

Some of the older scales in NM don't have an Open or Closed sign. They flip the sign backward when closed and upright when Open.
True, but you have a good distance of warning before the station itself.
Whether the sign is manual or automatic.

It's pretty much a given that all the major NM Weigh stations (on major highways entering the state) will be open 24/7.

I have been studying the CDL book in prep to go to driving school soon. PLEASE tell me there aren't drivers out there with a current CDL that are as clueless as this guy!? Whats a weigh station, and no logbook??? I might have to rethink this career choice!
Cheers

It sure sounds like it. How can you get a CDL without knowing the basic laws that drivers have to follow? I think this example answers the questions: Is there really a driver shortage? and Why do they want to let Mexican drivers in the United States.
