Default Sleep

I have a hard rubber ball that I squeeze, switching hands. I useley do reps. starting at 100 down to 1,each hand! by the time your finished your blood is pumping and your wide awake. If I have time I stop and take 30 to 90 min. nap. But the ball does work 8) :twisted: and you can always stop and get a bottle of " RED LINE " this stuff is the real deal!

Some are hinting at the obvious. Get sufficient quality sleep, exercise and eat properly. You will find yourself more alert for greater periods of time. The rest of us will feel much safter on the road.

terry.. we are truck drivers. excercise, sleep of any quality, & good eats are not an option .lol.

Go to a good health food store and get a liquid vitamin called "liquid life" with the trace minerals. It has a good B vitamin that the body absorbs well, better than any power drink!! Works for me! After that and I am tired, its time to sleep anyway, screw the freight!!!

I've seen it at Pumpkindriver, but are there any threads that help with exercise?
