I'm sure your a great driver because it came natural to you. I'm sure there are alot of great drivers at swift . I just think training standards should be higher than they are. This coming from a former trainer at usx.when i was a trainer i let the student do all backing and drive 98% of the time

 

I think that people need to understand that no matter who you work for, you're going to get good ones and bad ones. The standards that some of the schools have are not as high as they should be! Some companies pass drivers who are a hazard in them self. I have ridden with them before, and so has the trainers I have had.

If you decide to go with any company, do not be afraid to ask questions if you feel there is something that you do not feel is right. If you are taught something that you know is not right, and you let it go, it will come back to haunt you! I know this from personal experience!!
