I *think* its a Husky, about 2 km North of Grande Prairie, Alberta. I was simply amazed at how clean the showeres were, and I think it cost me 3 bucks, towels included. And the place is really new.

Gordys in Lapine, Oregon just off of 97.

Great Gordy Burger (very filling), free coffee (if that is all you are getting), and the showers are free if you are willing to take some abuse from the employees (yeah, they're jokers too).

Used to stop there all the time when I was running 97 constantly.

I liked Voss Truck Stop, in Cuba, Mossouri!!

I understand that after I came off the road, the owners got themselves in a peck of trouble with the government over illegal dumping and some other issues.

I've always liked the Little America in Flagstff.

I also have a sneaking love of Whites in Raphine VA.

and I have to give credit to the Flying J in Phoenix. It's your typical flying J. But for a big city truck stop, they've done a pretty good job of keeping the riff raff out.

HAHAHAHAHA husky! bahaha, oh god, my spleen is busting!

Oh wait, your SERIOUS!?

Funny how as soon as a flying J rolls in(edmonton, winnipeg, soon to be calgary and saskatoon) the huskys are DEAD.

Most of them are filthy, poorly laid out, with gravel or muddy lots. But hey, they have some of the cheapest fuel in north america!
