On my old truck I always left the jake on because I had a foot activation switch when I wanted to use it.

 

The best thing to do at a scale house is draw lots of attention to yourself...they love it... :lol: :lol: :lol:

 

I hope you also lay on the train horns when you pass through, they love that.

 

Don't forget to have your hi-beams on too. :shock:

....I am very courteous with my lights and even roll my window down a little for instructions. I don't use my jake....never any need....except for a couple piece 'o sheit scalehouses out West.

I have my interior light on, and when I get alongside the windows, I grin wide and mouth off obscenities under my breath. I also begin to rub the sleep out of my eye, just at that moment...with my middle finger. :?

 

I leave mine on high all the time, yeah I dim the headlights in the scalehouse. Our jakes are so muffled (and worthless) the scalemasters have never said anything.

:sad: if i was buying the fuel i would probably leave the noisemaker off more than i do.it seems easier to shift without it. but this new autoslop tranny turns it on when the switch is off. the brain likes to use jake when shifting and it wont help much too argue i guess im just along for the ride.i like to use it if i ever have to go thru a truckstop and listen to the cb to see if anybody starts crying about it :lol: theres alot o drivers with no sense of humor and try to police everybody on the cb with truck school rules.i love it when some has the balls to hang out in hammer lane and someone is always on the cb crying about the big fine hoping a cop wil hear.then i key up and say i got a lot o money and they have a fit
