no i think the driver didn't see or feel the tap, he was most likely looking for fastest way out of the lot. no professional driver would of left that scene. not at least before seeing what happened to pedestrian. i have had times when i see peds. ant then couldn't, but i always made sure of where they were before moving. it was a stupid thing but i will have a very serious heart to heart with that driver when we ever meet. i saw my son hit by a truck then he wasn't there then truck just drove off. yeah i got a scare to get off my chest and put onto another driver. only i will not be in a truck when we have a little chat. he will know just how close he came to killing a drivers child tho. i just hope this message gives other drivers a pause when trying to leave fuel island and get back on the road. a couple minutes is a couple of minutes. a death is forever. and it might be your child next time, or you. we got to watch the danger areas real close.

I agree and like I said on another Thread it only takes a second of not paying attention.
