I will do just that, I'm just not going to be like half the little boys here and blame the company cause i failed. Everyone wants to blame some one else for their failures in life.

I'd hate to see what would get said about swift if i had choosen them over england, it doesnt matter what company anyone goes with there will always be bad things to say about them. All you guys seem to do is try to drag a companies name in the dirt the best you can, I have seen it done here for over 2 years and its all the same. And for the people that think i will fail with england if i do it will be becasue of me and not them. Nor will i blame them for anything. If these companies are so bad then they wouldnt be here today making millions, but wait thats right they screw over drivers and they love the turn over rate.

my 2 cents. CRE seems to be the company i hear the most bad about. seen plenty of people happy with swift. but the only positive i have heard about england is from you...who have no driving experience. doesn't say a whole lot about them.
Also if you do fail it WILL be them. now if you have 5 years driving experience and know how to run a business i would say it's your fault...but i ask...how much do you think CR ENgland spends on marketing each year? my guess it's not the lowest thing on their budget. The can market it to appear as if it is everything and more. they may make it look like there is no more thought that needs to go into it. they dot the Is and cross the Ts. I don't care how smart you are...you give me the budget and some flashy visual aids and i can sell YOU a microwave for 250,000 that doubles as a time machine and was built by Jesus Christ himself.

Ya know some of us have to learn the hard way. I just don't like the idea every student is now a lease operator .... CRE doesn't have company drivers. Hey FT, they are banking on your failure that is what keeps them in business but.....if you think you can beat them at their own game have at it!

I also wished that hulcher could of worked out but it didnt so i had to move on. Its just amazing that if you bring up a big company that you want to work for everyone wants to bash on them whether they come out and say it or not.
I'm not saying the england is perfect but what company really is? I could go to big orange but i'm not going to team, and that is what they want me to do but no thanks and i'm not slip seating as they call it. I think that if i go in there and give 100% i will do fine as i have at any job that i have had. Later Byron |
