Most miles driven straight

I guess you could say that we all did that sort of stuff when we were young and full of pi$$ and vinegar. But, After awhile you realize that it is more about the money and not the miles. Best move I made was switching to oversize.

There are 3 Brown Clowns that I sometimes run with. It's always fun, visiting with them, and does help make the nights go by faster, but not the truck.
It helps to run with others, to keep ya awake. Anyhow... The only time that I can remember running without stopping; was from Onida,SD to Perryton, Tx. One year on harvest, we had a guy quit, up in South Dakota. We got done in Onida, we got all the equipment down to Perryton, which is about as far north in Texas you can go, and still be in Texas. We left one truck/hopper bottom in South Dakota. After we got settled in Perryton, 2 of us went back to Onida in one of the pickups. Spent the night in Valentine, Neb. After we got the truck, we drove straight back. Man, I miss driving those 359s.

That is hilarious how some of you guys posting act like the internet police are going to come arrest you for something you may, or may not have done, in the past. I agree with some of you though, it is really bad for your health.

The internet police just called. They want you outside your house in 20 minute with your luggage and harddrive. Something about a Google search you did.

Brother did a run in a POV from San Fran to Washington DC by way of Barstow, CA and I-40 across to VA a couple years ago. Left out of San Fran Friday night and were sitting at Dulles Airport Sunday morning. Worked the math out, they(buddy was teaming with him) were averaging 92 mph the whole way and that included all stops. He still laughs about coming thru Texas and a bullhauler passed them while they were sitting on 100. They would have come back on 80 for most of the way but bad weather was moving across the upper midwest that weekend so they hit the southern route.
