Found this to be very interesting.....This has been all over the news and talk radio all day.
Found out about this little tidbit to day listening to a talk channel, yeah one of the right wing channels, but this goes beyond coincidence. Compare the Washington Post political cartoon to the youtube clip of Obamas speech in Virginia yesterday.
The cartoon was in the Sept 5th Post.

Obamas speech appears to be "off the cuff" and unrehearsed. Yet he quotes the cartoon virtually word for word. It is believed that this was set up ahead of time.
But it amazes me that Obamas judgment is lacking to the extent to add the Lipstick quote. Since Palins acceptance speech at the RNC, you would think that any lipstick quote by the opponents should be avoided like the plaque. Obama knew what he was doing, whether it was an intentional dig at Palin or not, he should have had the judgement and common sense to avoid that quote.
Obama also has to start using some common sense and judgement to realize that by "running" against the Republican VP nominee rather that his opponent the Republican Presidential nominee that all Obama is doing is giving Palin more and more press, that generally is turning out in her favor. Go Bama.....Hes going to get the Republicans the win this election without even realizing it. DNC is in a tailspin and they do not know how to recover from it.
McCain is a good man...and I believe he will make a good President, and it is no doubt that it is Palin that has lite the fire for the Republican campaign. McCain is not that "interesting" of a speaker. But he is better "off the cuff" than the stammering Bama....which should make an interesting debate.
