Any person with any intelligences would know that O&A have a bigger audience than Stern. But I guess you would need numbers to understand that.

If it's just entertainment why can someone be sued for saying something about someone that isn't true (calling someone a drug dealer or a murderer ). It's called liable, if it's just entertainment you could say anything about anyone with no consequence.

How many "intelligences" do you have? Where did you get them from?

Anyone with intelligence would know that your grammar blows.

But I guess you would need numbers to understand that.
Yes - I would love for you to provide some arbitron numbers for the O&A show. Not for XM, but for the O&A show itself.

You are overgeneralizing the liabel laws. I could say that I think you are a murderer, or a drug dealer, and you could not win a lawsuit against me for it. Opinions are not slander or liabel. If I stated that I saw you murder someone, or deal drugs, then that would be considered slander.

For the record, I have no knowledge of you ever murdering or dealing drugs.

It's called liable, if it's just entertainment you could say anything about anyone with no consequence.
Nope - that's not true. Whether it is entertainment or not has nothing to do with it.

Do you think sitcoms on TV are allowed to say anything they want? Ever heard of the FCC? Ever heard of Standards and Practices?

Auto spell checker throws in the closest word, My life doesn't revolve around message boards so I don't spend all my time double checking my grammar.

OK, just need for you to tell me how many listeners Howard has on Sirius so I can show you O&A have more.

O&A do not have to follow FCC rules on XM so the FCC is irrelevant.
