Well - I just cancelled my XM subscription for at least 30 days. If XM has decided to NOT listen to the subscribers in phone calls & emails they've received about this issue, I guarantee that they'll listen to the drop in subscriptions.

Also - word is that they've been fired. No real confirmation on it yet.

That's a basic crock... Who pays XM? If their bosses think that they where over the line, then it matters little what the "listeners" want. I do not care how XL the station is, there are still bounds. What the boss says goes.. if the boss was offended, or they got calls from those who pay the bills, then they call the shots. Maybe O&A can buy their own satellite and try it that way? I do not listen, this is a discussion board..

Sure there is, "girls" is innocuous and faceless.. when you use well known people it's potentially libelous and you could lose your customers and or your business.

Who pays for O & A????? Well, let's see - how about 8 million subscribers. They have very little advertising on 202, so I'd say that their income to pay O & A comes from everyone who pays for XM.

Just got off the phone with xm, canceled my 2 subscription's.

LOL. Operator said call centers are flooded with calls canceling subscriptions.

Not even going to comment on it.

I was on PalTalk in the O&A Friends room - 700+ people chatting - made my head spin trying to read it all...

Looks like everyone is cancelling.

Now to decide which Sirius unit - looking at the one in the Pilot for $99 (don't know which unit it actually is).
