Whatever happened to the CB radio we all knew and loved?

i do need a job true but im not going to work until after the moniker/adult domain name auction is over in january or i run out of money.either way i figure ill be bacn up a money wagon or a freight wagon by febuary.
of course their s always another option will keep my hopes for that will benifit all involved.especially new drivers. if that proposal goes through im set to make a mark at the very least piss alotta people off.

My dad never drove a truck,but he,and of course,everyone else had a radio. Rather he just sat in his driveway,and talked to his friends on whatever channel they were on,or if our family was traveling,we had the radio on. Ive always had a radio in my pickup,as well as the truck. There is so much bull on the radio now,its un real. Lots of nights,I am able to run with my UPS,and Fed Ex buddies. UPS runs on 22,and those guys have been driving for UPS for 30 some-odd years. :shock: Man,talk about old school. Those guys crack me up. Everyonce in a while,I hear someone that uses the old cb slang. You can listen to the guys,and tell that they have been up,and down the road for a while.

I'm an agitator. I'll say anything and everything to piss you off. Just did it last night, rolling across I-10 there was this scumbag JCT driver that was tailgaiting an Interstate Dist. truck in the hammer lane. I get on there and say "hey btch get off my azz or I'm gonna slam on these brakes!" needless to say lots of entertainment ensued afterwards :lol: I'm one of those drivers that burps, makes noises, I'd fart if the mic cord would reach my azz, and yes I whisper "I aint got no panties on!" :lol: No I'm not gay or a cross-dresser. Crete_drvr, I ain't got no problem with being funny but getting 2 drivers stirred up by your little stunt is seriously f-ed up. You put the one driver in a lot of danger for no reason at all if the JCT driver had lost his head and done something stupid. If he had such a problem, he would have called back to him on his own time. What would you have done had he decided to ram the ID driver off the road and wreck him?? It ain't funny when an innocent bystander winds up dead because you thought you would get your jollies by using the CB to start trouble.

No I do not care if another driver who is tailgating another truck literally 6 feet off the ICC bar dies. Discussion over.
