the good is that you're confusing some of the attitudes on a simple bulletin board where people hide behind the internet, with the attitudes of real life drivers that you would meet if you went back on the road. i would hope that you're smarter than to let something like that dictate your path in life.

if you really did drive back in the late 70's like i did, then you know what those attitudes were. ever have a guy look you in the eye and say "no, you can't do it; or no, i don't hire women"? i would much rather put up with some of the nonsense that i have seen posted here than the old early 80's attitude thrown my way.

and my last humble opinion is that no one here "ran off" any women. people, men and women, made a choice not to post for whatever reason. for me it's my real life takes priority and my pc time has been severely cut back. that and it takes me forever to formulate my thoughts into a coherent post so many times i start a reply and end up not posting it once i've read it, thinking it sucks.

Vavega..........I'm getting a bit 'long in the tooth' as they say! I've tried all the various treatments like Victoria Principal and Cindy Crawford's skin treatment to no avail. I guess all these years of dispensing such dynamic advice has taken it's toll! You would agree?

I thought this might be the perfect opportunity to introduce the newest lady in my life these days. I've had Princess Patches for about 9 months now. She is completely spoiled and a joy to have around. I'm waiting for about 1 more month and will sign her up on CAD with her own account. I'm sure that she will be able to straighten Golfhobo up a bit and entertain him....................
