Well i have not been hiding I have just been tied down in a very bad marriage to a man who liked to control my moves at all times. Thanks to some very strong friends and his dumb moves
I was able to get a divorce after more then 20 years of living in a nighmare. Now that I am free and able to see the outside world I am going to live a little.

Well, I don't really consider it "hard" perse. LOL But, it certainly is demanding! But, it *does* give me alot of creative freedom & I always have been an incredible baker. It was a dream of mine for when I finally decided to give up this racket. And after all the rule changes on '07 up here, I found I was getting more & more frustrated with the industry I'd spent 30 years in... so when the opportunity came up I decided what the heck & went for it.

It's been a tough go, & there was a few times I wondered if I'd lost my friggin' mind, but so far it's going along pretty good.

Since I make everything from scratch, I can make just about anything I please, & I find that people are willing to let me explore my more creative side when it comes to giving new things a try. Especially since everyone knows I do all the baking myself, & many come in just to see what I have dreamt up next.

And, I also do alot of gluten-free baking as well, there's a big demand for that here, and because my products are fresh & not frozen, & I am willing to try just about anything it goes along pretty good.
