There seems to be alot of stuff going on right now at Knight that I don't understand. I am going on my 3rd year and I am confused myself.

no, not a rat. there are some things on my dac that are bullsh**!! the point is, is that she booked me for orientation, gave me the date and now all of a sudden, she cant hire me!!!

Smart A$$...I still have those weeks, just not so many back to back. As a matter of fact I ran 4,000+ last week. Load from Pa to Montana, Load from Great Falls, MT to SLC, Utah. Then load from Spanish Fork, UT to Bloomsburg, PA. Add it up A$$wipe and see what you come up with.

I am still doing fairly well. Freight is just slow for everyone right now. What I was referring to was some of the decisions management is making doesn't make sense.

I applied at Knight and was accepted then denied b/c I was discharged from Werner ,however I used the term mutual separation , so once my dac was pulled Kim called and said I could'nt be hired until I got a new job ,so my last was not a discharge ,and just 4wks after hiring on at GTS I was given the ok by knights head of safety to be hired , however I never did go to knight ,but they seem alright...but they did have a 10% idle policy ,and no APU ,which that does make it hard for me to consider them ,as I need my cab comfort in my non driving time ...But I'm sure you like I fibbed a little on your app ,and when dac was pulled they could'nt hire you ,which is not Knights fault .

no, i didnt fib on my app. i had had some conversations with the recruiter and she had asked me questions about some things on my app and dac and i answered them honestly. i just think she put the cart before the horse!! she needs to slwo down and not jump the gun so quickly!!

Just curious...what was wrong with your DAC?
